Something that's near perfect. I extend a special thanks to the organizers and the support folks. I look forward to next year's race.
Now that the dust has settled (no pun intended) just wanted to say congratulations on an outstanding event. I've heard nothing but praise for how the marathon was run, funt time for all including volunteers, and, in general, a very good event for Pocatello. Thanks for all your hard work. Now you can relax for a few days before you get into your next project - I'm sure you have one out there. Oh, and congratulations on your placing in your personal running. See you soon, Joe.
The course was challenging and the support at the aid stations was almost overwhelming. The fan support was a big boost as we navigated the terrain. The awards for both races were without a doubt some of the best that I've seen in the thirty some years that I have been road running. Thanks to the sponsors and the local organizations for a job well done. It is without a doubt a difficult thing to do in organizing an event such as a marathon.
Thanks for putting on a fun race. Great scenery. I was spoiled by the frequent aid station. Thanks to the volunteers. I will definitely come back next year. Thanks!
I have been running and racing for a heck of a long time and am usually skeptical about competing in first-time events. You guys did a terrific job! I was very impressed with everything, from check-in, aid stations, timing, to the awards ceremony. Just a couple of little suggestions: -more prominent mile markers - some kind of splash at the finish like a banner so runners can see it as they are approaching. Again - an outstanding job! I will be back.
